You don't have to come from or have studied a particular tradition

We have instruments you can borrow - or bring your own hand-held Native American hoop drum, ceremonial drums, ashiko, djembe, doumbek, bongos, congas, flutes, rattles, didgeridoo, etc.   You will also want to wear loose comfortable clothing so you can play.

This is an indoor event, so it should be comfy and cozy. You may wish to bring a zafu or comfortable pillow to sit on as the vast majority of the seating is on the floor. (chairs are limited)
