Frequencies is a journey beyond the illusion of the singular self and into the realm of infinite possibilities. Both science and spirituality define each of us as an energetic field. You need not have any experience with drum circles we only require your loving presence.
We have instruments you can borrow - or bring your own hand-held Native American hoop drum, ceremonial drums, ashiko, djembe, doumbek, bongos, congas, flutes, rattles, didgeridoo, etc.

Meditation is the practice of learning to move beyond the reflexive, "thinking" mind to achieve a deeper state of relaxation and a heightened sense of self-awareness. Utilized in both spiritual and clinical settings, meditation has been proven to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and a host of other biochemical and physiological improvements.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore various styles of meditation taken from a variety of traditions. Often, it is not that an individual does not desire the benefits of meditation, they simply do not know the basics of the process. Everyone can mediate, it simply requires finding the form of meditation that resonates best with that individual. Norbeth Granado, master ceremonialist, healer and teacher, will not only provide an environment perfect for the meditative process, he will also teach how to incorporate meditation as a life practice.
The meditation circles will be scheduled in the future. Please contact us if you are interested in attending a Meditation Circle. While loving contributions are accepted to assist with expenses and provide for an equitable exchange of energy, there will be no charge for participants.
